By far the worst customer service i’ve experienced in years. I as a customer, mistakenly ordered a lychee milk tea rather than a lychee fruit tea, i had realized after it was made based off the color of the tea, when the barista confirmed it had Milk Powder, i immediately stated i ordered the incorrect drink by accident and that i was allergic to dairy and they said they needed to call the owner to confirm they could replace it, which already had me shocked since i couldn’t drink it anyway, so i had kindly asked for a replacement and it was still being questioned. the employee spoke with the owner for about 10 minutes and the owner told them to tell me to the milk powder did not have dairy in it, shortly after i told them that’s typically rare, they pulled out the package of the powder and sure enough th ingredients have dairy, whey powder. so they weren’t even sure it didn’t have dairy to begin with but told me otherwise, the owner then said she still couldn’t replace it because it was my fault i ordered the in the first place, i then spoke to the owner myself on the phone and she began to lecture me about how she would be losing money if she gave me a refund. the drink was (1) la

it’s a bubble tea place but the tea does not come with boba by default, you will have to pay extra for it. This a business practice i’m personally not a fan of. The drink was fine, I hope to see more transparent pricing in the future.

Bubble-Tealicious on the West Side is the best! The shop looks super cute and warm inside, and it's also really clean. The amazing Auntie who serves the tea is always so nice and gives you the warmest smile, which makes the whole trip fun 😁 You have to try their specialty ube (purple yam) tea it's awesome! Plus, they have cool Filipino desserts like Halo-Halo and Taho too!

I been here several times I had their boba it’s always been so fresh. I have tried their fall drink tuff nut it was so so good I wanna go back to try their limited edition and fall fruit tea. The owner and staff were so nice to be and friendly we had a nice time I highly recommend it👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻

Liz is the most sweetest and friendliest person I have ever encountered. This review is long over due; the drinks are delicious my all time favorite is the Ube dream with the best balance of fruit, milk, and tapioca. This is the place to come too when you want bubble tea !
